› Internal Audits

Huh? It sounds like you are asking about the timeline in which to cover all elements. If your Quality Manual prescribes covering all elements on an annual basis, then you are bound by your own procedure to do so. Remember, "Do what you say" and "Say what you do". It is also advised to cover the elements based on past findings/observations. Example: If previous Internal Audits have uncovered recurring problems with element 4.9, it is advised that you keep it on the audit schedule until the issues are verified as resolved. Give priority to your weakest areas.
