What are the requirements for the consultant, ISO Rep and lead internal auditor to be able to train an organization's internal auditors that is acceptable through the ISO 9001:2000 certification process?
You might want to try R.L.W.S in Rice Lake, Wi, they are accredited by NVLAP and have I beleive one of the largest selection of weights in North America
Have you checked with your state? The calibration service that I use has their weights certified by the North Carolina Bureau of Standards. Your state might have one also.
There are several consultants, but a better choice might be your accredited calibration provider.....where they calibrate your higher end weights, and show you how to calibrate your Class F weights, including your measurement uncertainty.
