Appreciate you let me know which are the most reputable among these four in Australia? They are National Certification Service Int'l (NCSI), Total Quality Certification Service Int'l Pty Ltd (TQCSI), Int'l Quality Systems Pty Ltd (IQA) and Davis Langdon Int'l Quality (DLIQ). Do you know others which are reputable in Australia, could you be able to recommend?

I am not familiar with the terminology "tailgate samples" or "pre-delivery samples", but it sounds like you may be referring to a "first article". Typically, when specified in a contract, the first article produced by the supplier is subjected to a first article inspection (FAI). The FAI is a complete, independent, and documented physical and functional inspection process to verify that prescribed production methods have produced a fully conforming item as specified.
