I am having trouble documenting what 4.1.c requires. How do other companies do it? 4.1.c basically requires you to determine inputs, outputs and metrics for each of your processes. That is fine but do you put this in your Quality Manual a procedure? I don't want to spend all of my time updating a document. Any help anyone can provide is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
