Ladies and Gentlemen, I am doing research for my MBA/World Class Mfg class. I have chosen Six Sigma as my topic and have several questions as I begin:

What are the best sources for my research? What is special about six sigma that differentiates it from other quality initiatives? What are the costs involved? What are the benefits? What are the drawbacks? What are the pitfalls to watch out for?
