Quality Digest

Ours is a process industry, where we manufacture readymade garments, I would like to know that with respect to nonavailability of the following conditions, how much time it may take to implement six sigma in our organization and ,when will the results of implementations be evident

We lack quality policy,
We lack standard operating procedures ,
We are not focussed towards internal customer satisfaction,
Our customer doesn't require a 6-sigma quality,
