I am the project manager for a manufacturing facility start up in eastern Europe that is in the planning/implenentation stage. We plan to utilize lean/six sigma techniques in our business and processes. Sister facilities are just starting to introduce six sigma and we have a good management support structure. We are starting to hire locally and begin product training programs for key staff and process experts, but do not have processes or plant infrastructure or systems in place. What is the recommendation regarding the time to implement lean / six sigma techniques and training? When should I start training black belts?

In my point of view, I think the beste and easy way is to put the flowcharts in one instruction, this way when the flowchart is changed all you must do is change the revision of the instruction.
