Hi...Just began researching those 2 topics a few weeks ago and I have several questions I hope you can help me with:
1. I read a lot about Lean & 6-Sigma working hand in hand, yet I do not see any Lean/6-Sigma Certification offered...just one or the other. Is there such a certification?
2. They seem very alike....How would you summarize the difference(s) between the two?

Can you tell me what the website is? I searched for MIL-STD-120 and couldn't find anything other than a few places that wanted to charge for it (seeing as you said it was free)

I am not sure what the "new" standards are for this, I am sure there is an ANSI/ASME one of some sort, but I have always used Mil Std 120 as a reference in that regard. You can download a copy (free) from the Dept of the Navy. The standard has long since been made obsolete, but the information is still valid for attribute gages.
