Dear Six Sigma Expert:

Consider a process centered at a 6 sigma quality level. If the distrubution mean shifts upward with respect to the specification by 1.5 sigma.

1) What is the area ratio of the process tails A/B?
2) What is the resulting PPM?

If you want simple SPC routines, You can as well use any spreadsheet applications (MS excel etc) and automate all calculations using macros/formulae.
