I would like to know which will be the most effective way to conduct a quality awareness seminar, for the audiences who are hardly educated. The topics that I would like to cover are their role in quality improvement and usage of six sigma methodology. The audiences belong to shop floor and are working as line supervisors, and quality controllers. Please advice me on the way in which I should undertake this.
