Quality Digest

Hi,

I am currently in a dilema what to do.
I have 950 employees working in two plants, when we started to work under ISO-9001 quality huge improvement was noticed, however down the road, problems are occuring on field (missing components in our product, missing operation, misidentification) not in the same pace as prior to our implementation.
Any of you did experience same situation, if yes what are you doing to go the extra mile?
