Ours is a garment manufacturing organization, people here are very orthodox and still are following AQL systems, I wish to implement advanced systems here such as 'Six Sigma' and want to make them feel involved in the change. But before they should be made aware of 'need of change' in your opinion what is the best way to achieve it?
