I have a question for Don. We are certified in ISO 9001(1994) and have an Internal Audit Team established. It is an all volunteer force. The team membership is fairly strong, maintaining around 26 employees the past few years. At the end of each year we have purchased shirts for team members and done an occasional lunch. I am looking for some other incentives to keep the auditors I currently have as well as recruit new members. HR has not been much help thus far. Any suggestions? Thanks!
