› Team tracking software

Looking for a way to track progress of quality improvement teams across our organization.

Historically we have used a generic paper reporting format for all activities. This paper narrative process was difficult to aggregate, summarize, or query. Currently looking into creating a Lotus Notes (LN) database. Interested in learning about reporting and archival processes, in particular the elements or fields requested in the reporting process. Any good software tools besides LN out there?

Initial Posting: Hi, I noticed that you reference Schmidt & Launsby 1997 on pg 189 of the above text. I believe the reference should be Schmidt et al's Basic Stat's book and not Understanding Industrial DOE?

Response: Will look into it.
