Congratulations on your registration to ISO 9001:2000 by an ANSI-RAB NAP-accredited registrar. You join what had been until recently a select group of organizations, although not necessarily as few as you might think.
There are two databases on the web that provide access to lists of organizations registered to a number of standards, including ISO 9001:2000:
When you use these web site's registered company databases, you will need to click on the box for ISO 9001:2000 to locate only organizations registered to the 2000 edition.
However, I don't think you can get a complete listing of organizations registered to ISO 9001:2000 in the United States with the click of a single button. The latest figures for ISO 9001:2000 registrations in Canada and the US combined was approximately 600, with approximately 400 of those US certificates.
I guess my greatest curiosity is why your organization wants to find an index of ISO 9001:2000-registered companies. Does your organization want to start identifying and using suppliers that are registered? Are you curious about your competition's status or your industry's? I am not aware of any companies that are so far seeking out potential suppliers that are registered to ISO 9001:2000, but I think everyone reading this forum would be very interested to hear about that first instance.
