After a 35 year career in social work (management and clinical work), I pursued a PhD in TQM with the goal to apply Quality to life improvement. I have just started a private practice in that respect, and wonder if there are practitioners in the field applying Quality to personal improvement services for their clients. If so, please respond to my forum suggestion in hopes of sharing your ideas and progress.

Quality and Quality of Life
Hello, I'm interested in discussing how a program designed to reduce COQ might also improve communications in the workplace, and the quality of life among stakeholders. I believe my three-step program could help, and several ASQ members who heard my presentation last week seemed to agree.
My program has helped job seekers feel better about themselves and adopt a process that's close to the engagement and community-building qualities in the social media. Maybe we can talk about working together.
