We are in hte process of reorganize our QA Dept. Our company is Oil & gas with 5000 employees. Our department is the QA were we provide QMS services to other departments within the company. Our question is. To whom the QA manager should report to? should he report to a Directorate and if so to which directorate(directorate is higher than a department in our organization), or He should report to the Managing director.
