are there quality consulting companies which can be retained to provide quality management functions in lieu of having a full time quality manager on staff?
But from whatever i understand, U can use MIL-STD (millitary standard) for sampling. This is very proven sampling method for attribute data and also variable data based only on lotsize and AQL.
