Question 1 - In simple English, how does one explain the difference between the definition of "document" vs. "record" to a person who is totally new to ISO9000.
Question 2 - In an internal audit, if we find that most (50%) of the records are incomplete (column of part no, or date left empty), will this be an observation or can we charge it as a finding? In a finding, which sentence in the ISO9001:2000 standard is it violating?
