We need to develop a receiving inspection process for inbound raw materials for food processing and production. We make a wide variety of food products including baked goods (cookies, pastries, breads, cakes, muffins, etc.), individual frozen meals, bulk foods (sauces, gravies, soups, etc.). Any ideas on how to create a system that meets HACCP, FDA, USDA guidelines for traceability, etc. would be helpful and appreciated. Thanks
