How are other companies accomplishing compliance with this particular section?
ISO/TS 16949:2002 (6.2.2.4) requires us to "have a process to motivate employees to acheive quality objectives, to make continual improvements, and to create an environment to promote innovation"
AND
a "process to measure the extent to whcih its personnel are aware of the relevance and importance of their activities and how they contribut to the acheivemnt of the quality objectives." As always, we also need to have some sort of record to prove that we actually do this.
