› Corrective Action Preventative Action

I have a Supplier who is not responding to my CAPA's, they are the only Supplier we can use due to cost and location. What is a good way to handle these guys and still get the documentation satisfied on my end?
If anyone has ever had to deal wioth this share your story.
Normally I would drop them as a supplier but, there is resistance from the owner and costing involved. The behind the scenes polotics are driving this whole mess.
