I am writing and will be delivering a course on Corrective and Preventative Actions for the Pharmaceutical Company I work for.
Does anyone know of a short video I could use to illustrate what can happen to a company/product/public if errors are not corrected or prevented?
Alternatively, can anyone recommend a short in class activity to stress the present and future consequences of not taking action?

It seems to me that you need something basic for starters. By the way, there is no end to on-going opportunities. At some of the Dana Corporation plants, each employee is required to submit two improvement ideas per month! At an electronics factory in Japan each employee must submit five improvement ideas! And, in both examples, they keep on doing it. Obviously, not all suggestions are block busters, but they produce a lot of gems, too.
