Unfortunately, I can be of limited help to you because I am not familiar with the three exams and what experience and training are necessary before taking each. Thus, I am asking the other forum members to answer the following questions:
1. Have you taken any of these exams?
2. If so, what preparation did you require to be able to take AND PASS the exam?
3. What has that certification done to open doors for you to new jobs or to retain the job you have?
One thing I can advise is to consider the first two options unless you have taken Six Sigma training courses. The typical Six Sigma Black Belt has taken a course that involves 4 weeks, usually 1 week each month for 4 months, of intensive training on Six Sigma.
However, if you are an IRCA-certified QMS (ISO 9001/2:1994) Lead Auditor and have more than 7 years of experience, you might want to contact the Registrar Accreditation Board (RAB) in the United States, which certifies quality management system (QMS) auditors and would be able to tell you if you need the exam or if RAB recognizes IRCA certification and might recognize your credentials. Granted, the ASQ exam may better suit your needs, but if you are considering jobs in Singapore, would an ASQ certification be the best choice?
Whether you should want to come to the United States or Singapore during a recession and look for a job is another matter, but it sounds like you want the American (or Singapore) dream of a better life. Best wishes in your search!
