Quality Digest

In my role as a Quality Engineer for an Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) supplier in the world of high-tech, I am researching product quality improvement curves in the industry. Unfortunately, I have not had much luck to date, with the exception of one company whose goal was 20x in a period of 3 years. Do you have any ideas as to where I can find some info? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
