My leader came to me with a list of companies we want to contact to do some benchmarking around their quality approaches (ISO, Six Sigma, Lean, Process Redesign etc...). The focus is on those who have taken a process approach to their business. The list is about 50. Any thoughts as to how I can do some prework to trim the list? I can pull financial data off the net, some websites such as GE give details about their 6 Sigma and Process approach, but many others do not.
