Having read a response to "INTERNAL QUALITY AUDITOR CHECKLIST FOR ISO 9001:2000", I would like to ask everyone's opinion. Are US products bad? Also, do you think that corporate America has corrupted the use of "Quality Tools" as suggested here?

An excellent video that I have used for exactly your purpose is called "Right First Time". It is 1950's vintage, black and white, and made in England, which all add to the fact that the need for error prevention is a timeless topic. The British accents and colloquialisms keep it light-hearted and entertaining. The video is available on DVD format from PQ Systems at 1-800-777-3020.
