› Metrologist Certification & ISO:13485

How do you handle the requirement to show/prove technicial proficiency for all operations performed in your labs? Do you have an internal yearly certification program? And if so, do you certify to each instruction/procedure or do an overall discipline certification? (e.g.: torque calibrations, dimensional calibrations, electrical, etc.)

We are a biomedical manufacturer and have found our ISO auditors are going to require yearly technicial certification.

Thank you for any insight or suggestions your can provide!

Six Sigma deployment, including Roles and Responsibilities can and should be a unique experience for each organization. To answer your question would require a better understanding of what expectations your organization has for their Champions, as well as the environment in which they operate.

I would be happy to discuss with you directly you needs in terms of Champion effectiveness and share with you tools and materials that may assist you in your Six Sigma journey.

Best regard,
