Looking for equipment to measure optical surface that is ground with 2 radii (x and y direction).
Measurement area ~75 mm x 75mm.
Would like to finely define the surface in both conformance to curve and roughness.
What equipment type and potential suppliers are desired.

I can suggest a number of ideas, each of which could be followed up separately:
(1) http://www/asq.org , or call 1-800-248-1946. (and/or ask for you local ASQ section)
(2)Your National Standards body, e.g. ANSI, and ask for a local "expert"
(3) Put the word out in your own local section of the professional association(s) to which you blong (and if you don't, then join one and go to their meetings - it's a great way to network with other likeminded individuals, often at little or no cost).
(4) Ask around among your suppliers and subcontractors, or even customers if that won't hurt your company's image with them. They may have contacts or referrals for you.
(5) Ask Quality consultants - of course, this will cost money. However, they may be able to direct you to local courses.
(6) Put words like "quality, sampling, course, ANSI,... into Google (my favorite search engine) or other similar, and see what comes up.
