What equipment would you recommend for calibration measurement over 14" (mainly rod standards)and the like I currently have measurement capability up to 14" with a LMU.
Mr. Pyzdek is right - don't touch 6 Sigma until you have a basic quality system. You really need to gage your Management's commitment to and understanding of Quality, because they are directly responsible to provide the resources necessary for effective quality improvement. In my experience, any awareness training given must include and emphasize management's role.
