I'm currently developing a quality system for my employer to secure CE and CMDCAS certifications. I'm using an approach that avoids reference to a quality system but, instead, promotes changes to make each employee's job easier, more productive and more creative while complying with the applicable elements. Does anybody have any information concerning similar situations?
