› CAPA vs. Deviation Report

Currently our companies CAPA and deviations are all wrapped up into one procedure, therefore whenever we have a deviation (i.e. failure to follow SOP) regardless how minor or major it is it is a CAPA. I would like to seperate these out so that multiple deviations on the same thing lead up to one CAPA but am not sure how. Does any one have any suggestions or examples on what each of these proceudres should entail. Your input would be very much appriciated by me and my collegues.
