I'm new InsideQuality and new to the function of CAPA implementation. I'd like to write to other like-firms and compare processes, but wanted to know if anyone reading this has benchmarked to other companies. How did you get started? Were there initial questions you posed?

Also, interested in hearing from other RA/QA folks who have implemented, or are implementing, more mature CAPA procedures.
